About me

For 20 years, I’ve been involved in the field of HR, although my professional journey began in marketing. I gained my initial experience in advertising agencies before transitioning to the client side. Managing a marketing department in a large international organisation was not easy, with the biggest challenge being balancing work and personal life.

In 2005, I made a decision that was quite rare at the time – transitioning from marketing to HR.

With this move I found my professional destiny.

My career path includes numerous management positions.

At JTI, where I spent over 8 years, I gained experience in managing commercial structures and production plants. I held the positions of HR Director and member of the management board of companies in Poland and Austria. At Bacardi, where I worked for 13 years, in Poland and Belgium, I held HR director roles at regional and global levels. I collaborated with the supervisory board, was on the company’s management board, and worked directly with senior managers.

My two experiences of living abroad showed me how cultural diversity impacts communication and collaboration, and what challenges leaders face when managing global teams. I know from personal experience how expat life affects the whole family. I’ve been through it and understand the difficulties involved.

Coaching became consciously present in my life about 10 years ago and it’s a tool I use daily in my work as a coach, team leader, and trainer.

Coaching

I began my coaching journey 10 years ago.

Initially, I worked primarily with my work colleagues. The ICF certification allowed me to expand my coaching practice to external customers.
Currently, my main focus is executive coaching, working with management teams to effectively navigate business and team challenges. I also work with high-potential individuals who are keen to actively shape their career development.

During our sessions, there are no taboo subjects. The spectrum of issues discussed during coaching sessions is very broad. The most common include:

supporting the change process: promotion, expanded responsibilities

building authority and improving leadership presence

searching for the right career path and optimal ways to develop managerial and business competencies

coping with professional burnout, motivation challenges and regaining job satisfaction.

Psycho-oncological Support

I am offering psycho-oncological support, dedicated to persons affected by cancer and their loved ones. In 2018, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, which I successfully overcame. Being able to continue working, played an important role in my recovery.

This personal experience led me to become a volunteer at the Oncology Center in Warsaw as Amazonka.

My role in working with breast cancer patients at the Oncology Center is to support them in the first days after surgery. I also talk to their families members. This is a particularly important topic for me, in which I fulfill my life’s mission of helping people with chronic illnesses who want to get back to normality.

I am not a psychologist by education, but as Amazonka, I am able to provide support based on my own experience with defeating cancer. Recently I undertook postgraduate studies in psycho-oncology at the SWPS University as a way to strengthen my knowledge in that field.

how to counteract fatigue and burnout

Coaching

Coaching - Single Session

A single coaching session allows to take the first step towards change. It helps to discover your needs, identify key areas for work, and often empowers you to build self-esteem. Regardless of whether it’s about career development, relationships, or other aspects of life, an ad-hoc session can help you to focus on the current challenge and together we can establish an action plan, without the need for a long-term commitment. Our meeting can take place both online and in person, depending on your preferences.

Coaching Process

A coaching process is a series of meetings during which we work together to achieve your specific goal, such as preparing for a new role, developing skills, navigating through business challenges etc. At the beginning of the process, we define the key area to work on and the main goal, and then break it down into smaller, measurable objectives. We create a personalized action plan and schedule a series of meetings, which take place every 2-4 weeks, adapting to your needs and pace of work. Our meetings can take place both online and in person, depending on your preferences.
